Ceip Castillo de Doña Blanca is a small school located in a small village near the big town but the children live in a rural area and the project as will allow "look over the garden fence" and to begin to develop their understanding of being a citizen of Europe and they will increase their awareness of themselves as well as the similarities ad differences of the lives of others. They will develop respect, friendship, solidarity. understanding of equality and love for the other European people.

Children will learn the foreign languages and innovate methods and ICT.

The school has 95 students aged between 3 and 12 years.

The faculty is made up of 11 people, distributed as follows:

 2 kindergarten teachers

1 teacher of English language

1 teacher of music education

1 teacher physical education

5  teachers of primary education

1 teacher Religion Education

The school is located in a rural area, 7 km of the city, in one of a suburb of that city. Families are a middle-to-low, mainly live on agriculture, there is a high rate of unemployment among the community. Children do not have many opportunities for extracurricular activities because they do not have any spotrs, cultural or recreation facilities (library, cinema, parks, sports hall, etc.). Many of them have not visited another place, only visits and excursions that are made from the school. Parents are very cooperative and participatory on the activities that take place at school. No discipline problems occur, children are polite and respectful. Participation in this project will be a platform for the development of basic skills for teachers and students, to improve the skills and social skills, language skills and ITC. Analysis of cultural differences and conflicts of each of the communities and possible solutions developed in each school. Working cooperatively and establishing relationships between partners let develop civic competence and interpersonal.

The main purpose of the project will work to form a tolerant European citizen can engage in social and cultural life. A citizen aware of their rights and duties. To this children must appreciate and respect cultural differences and social, that students open their minds and attitudes towards diversity and understanding. From the knowledge of their own culture and relate to European values.

Respect and promote linguistic diversity and the learning of other languages as a means of communication and exchange and as a cultural value. The partnerships also happens to be great facilitators in schools, and that enhances teamwork, cooperation and openness to pedagogical changes.
